Use the Parent Portal to receive district notifications via the message center and view student grades, attendance, daily schedule, assignment details, and more. Parents may also use the portal to set contact preferences and update contact information through the census tab. Call 770-651-2332 or email

Breakfast and Lunch Program
Payment Options - Students may use cash or pay online through
SchoolCafé. You will need your student’s lunch number to sign in.
Free/reduced price meals are available if needed.
Apply online. Call 770-651-2300 for assistance from the DCSS school nutrition department.
Fee-Based After School Programs (ASP) at all elementary schools
Hours: Open from school dismissal until 6:00 p.m.
Students must be picked up by 6:00 p.m.
Cost: $10.00 registration fee per family and $10.00 per day, per child (regardless of length of stay).

The Family Health Center at DCSS
The Family Health Center is located in the Burnett Elementary School building at 8277 Connally Drive in Douglasville and provides the following medical services: primary care, immunizations, laboratory services, physicals, chronic disease management, health education, nutrition counseling, and behavioral health.
