As the Douglas County School System prepares to honor its graduating seniors, the Class of 2025 is ready to shine. The milestone events will take place at Legacy Arena on May 21, 22 and 23. Over these three days, we will welcome thousands of our graduates’ friends, family members, and supporters. Knowing a few details in advance and planning ahead will help all our guests maximize every magical moment of graduation.

TICKETS
All graduation exercises for the Class of 2025 are ticketed events. The event is ticketed to ensure the best experience for all our attendees. Each graduate will receive an allotment of numbered tickets from their school. These tickets must be presented for entry into the arena. Everyone entering Legacy Arena will need a ticket, regardless of age. Seats are not reserved, and guests may not save seats for others. Arrive early for best seating.

PARKING
Legacy Arena parking will be available for guests with an arena parking ticket. Parking will also be available at Hunter Park and Douglas County High School, with continuous shuttle service running once the event doors open. Wheelchair accessible buses will also be available at all parking locations.

TRANSPORTATION for GRADUATES
Graduates won’t need to worry about transportation on their graduation day. A caravan of buses will transport students from their schools directly to the arena in time to shine on their big day.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
To gain entrance to Legacy Arena, guests must adhere to a strict clear bag policy. This policy will be enforced for all attendees.

Gift items and flower bouquets that are not in vases are permitted inside the arena. However, outside food, balloons, flower vases, noisemakers, air horns and non service animals are prohibited.

STATE OF THE ART FACILITY
Legacy Arena’s state of the art facility will provide a memorable graduation experience. The event will be livestreamed and displayed for guests on a large, center-hung video screen in the middle of the arena. This screen and additional screens on both sides of the stage ensure guests don’t miss any of the action. With this technology, every seat is the best seat in the house.

ADA SEATING
Ample seating is available inside for guests in wheelchairs and those who may have difficulty with steps. Wheelchairs are not available on-site or provided by the facility.

VENDORS
Vendors will be on-site offering refreshments and flowers for purchase.
