Douglas County High School senior Mantavius Presley, known to many as "Lebron," has achieved what few students will accomplish. He has earned $1 million in scholarship offers from colleges and universities throughout the country.
Presley has been accepted to 58 institutions of higher learning so far, including Morehouse College, Howard University, Mercer University, Xavier University of Louisiana, and The University of Alabama.
His resume extends far beyond the classroom. He currently serves as President of both the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and the National Honor Society. His leadership roles also include Vice President of the Student Government Association and Vice President of the Class of 2025. Additionally, he manages both the JV and Varsity Cheer teams, contributes to the yearbook staff, and participates in seven other school organizations.
Presley also excels in his commitment to his community. Throughout his high school career, he has accumulated over 1,100 hours of community service.
As graduation approaches, Presley is carefully weighing his options for the future before making his final choice.
