Sweetwater Elementary School students recently put their problem-solving skills to the test during 
a National Puzzle Day celebration. Thanks to Highlights Magazine, the school was selected to receive a complimentary Puzzle Party event kit. The Highlights Puzzle Party provided a fun learning experience and rewarded students for successfully achieving their Beanstack reading challenge goals.
During the celebration, students received puzzle-themed goodies and copies of Highlights brainPLAY magazine. Throughout the event, they tackled puzzles and challenges and put their analytical skills to work.
In addition to promoting problem-solving skills, the Puzzle Party rewarded students for meeting their Beanstack Challenge goals.
"It was wonderful to see our students so engaged in critical thinking while having fun," said Sweetwater Principal Tanish Springer. "This event perfectly combined our commitment to reading with hands-on learning activities."
