With 19 years of experience teaching mathematics, Michelle Hanna brings passion, dedication, and leadership to Douglas County High School. As an Algebra teacher, the Math Department Chair, and Graduation Coordinator, she plays a vital role in supporting students and staff. Ms. Hanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics Education from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She is pursuing a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University. Ms. Hanna has a passion for education and is known for her ability to build strong relationships and support students beyond the classroom. She exemplifies excellence in teaching.
