Charge Policy
Please ensure that your child has money for meals each day. The allowable charge limit for Elementary and Middle School students is equal to the price of 2 full pay lunches at their school. If your elementary or middle school child exceeds the charge limit, he/she will be provided an alternate meal for lunch. No alternate meal with be provided for breakfast. All charges should be paid back immediately. High school students and adults will not be allowed to charge meals and will not be offered an alternate meal. A la carte purchases cannot be charged and will not be allowed if a child owes a charge.
Insufficient Funds Check Policy
After we receive two NSF checks for a family, we will no longer accept any checks for the students in that family for the duration of their attendance in Douglas County Schools.
